Abstract

|
연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 경로분석을 통해 일반간호사의 직무스트레스 요인과 환자안전문화 인식 및 환자안전간호 활동 간의 인과관계를 탐색하는 것이다.
연구방법: 서울소재 대학병원에서 근무하는 경력 1년 이상 일반간호사 275명을 대상으로 2018년 1월 5일부터 2월 28일까지 설문지를 사용하여 자료 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 프로그램(ver. 24)을 이용하여 기술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test 및 Pearson correlation coefficients를 분석하였고 AMOS 프로그램(ver. 24)을 이용하여 경로분석과 부트스트래핑 방법을 사용하였다.
연구결과: 가설모형을 경로 분석한 결과 각 내생변수에 상당한 설명력을 보였고, 조직문화는 업무량 과중, 전문적 지식과 기술부족, 부적절한 보상, 근무환경 및 의사소통에 의해 45%가 설명되었다. 연구결과 환자안전문화 인식이 직무스트레스 요인과 환자안전간호 활동 간의 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다.
결론: 환자안전간호 활동을 증진시키기 위해 간호사의 적정인력 배치, 적절한 대우와 보상, 긍정적인 근무환경과 조직문화 및 원활한 의사소통이 필요하다.

Purpose: The objective of this study was to explore the causal relationships among staff nurses’ job stress factors,patient safety culture perception, and patient safety nursing activities through path analysis.
Methods: The participants,275 staff nurses with over a year of experience working at a university hospital in Seoul, completed structuredquestionnaires. The data were collected from January 5 to February 28, 2018. The data analysis included descriptivestatistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe? test and Pearson correlation coefficients using the SPSS/WIN 24.0 program, andpath analysis & bootstrapping using AMOS 24.0 program.
Results: The path analyses of the hypothesized causalmodel showed a considerable explanatory power for each of the endogenous variables. About 45 percent of organizationalculture was explained by work overload, lack of knowledge/skill, inadequate reward, work environment, andcommunication. The finding in this study confirmed the mediating effect of patient safety culture perception on therelationships between job stress factors and patient safety nursing activities.
Conclusion: The proper arrangementof nursing staff, proper treatment and rewards, positive work environment, organizational culture, and smooth communication are needed to promote patient safety nursing activities.
